As the name implies the Potter's House is situated next to the small pottery, Coll Pottery which has produced ceramics on the island for forty years. It is in a small village surrounded by golden beaches on the eastern coast of the Isle of Lewis, six miles north of the main town of the Outer Hebrides, Stornoway.
